This
is a Pantera we are proud to offer our customers. It doesn't have
"rough edges" or a lot of things to attend to.
Typically, paint and body is one area that the new owner will
face. This car has a strong body and well executed paint job. Not
full show but as nice as you will find for a street driver.
-
Very
stock for the most part other than the 'old-skool, Tork-Thrust
wheels, which were popular with early Pantera owners. They still
look tasty in fact, even now.
-
The
interior was re-trimmed in luscious and soft vinyl and leather, topped off
with a LaCarra steering wheel and a radio delete plate. Get
yourself an original Capri based steering wheel as found on the
original Panteras and voila, you have a picture-perfect interior
that is also comfortable to boot.
-
The
engine is basically stock other than headers, aluminum manifold
and Holley carburetor. These upgrades will generally boost
horsepower into the 350 range. Enough to get you in trouble but if
you crave more HP, it doesn't take much to turn up the wick.
-
Reportedly
low mileage and the car is consistent with the odometer.
-
A
well turned-out Pre L in brilliant red. This is a car worth
considering for those new to the DeTomaso hobby.
- Our seller tells us to submit all
reasonable offers.
